Chef Ramon & Chef Graham both share a love for all things seasonally fresh & prioritize incorporating local farmer's produce into their menus! Fire & Wine is chance for each chef to come together and present you with a night of mouthwatering Wood-fired Cooking. Yes, that's right... you'll be able to watch them create each dish in the front patio as you relax and enjoy the evening with friends! Did you know that before Chef Ramon became Head Chef of Peninsula Grille he worked at Rooster’s Wood-fired Kitchen in Charlotte and focused on California & Wood-fired cooking!? This is an amazing opportunity for Chef Ramon & Chef Graham to come together and give you a night filled with some of the freshest ingredients & creations in Charleston. Chef Graham Calabria has quickly emerged as one of Charleston’s premier Chefs - blending his Southern roots, heritage, and eclectic culinary background with an innovative style to create truly unique flavors and experiences. 

Join us on Thursday, April 21st for a deliciously unique and unforgettable experience under the stars at Park & Grove. From the food to the wines this evening will be exceptional. The wines have been hand-chosen and paired to each course by our very talented in-house Sommelier, Jonella Orozco.


SEATING INFO:

There will be five long tables set up that will allow for 6 people per table. We have 30 tickets available for purchase so if you would like to be seated with your group please email hello@parkandgrovechs.com to let us know! 


First Course: Smoked Oysters (caviar, coconut cream)

Second Course: Wood Fired Spring Onions (romesco)

Third Course: Farro Salad (pickled turnips, citrus supremes, aged gouda)

Wine: 2021 Day Wines "Vin de Days" Blanc, Willamette Valley, Oregon


Entree: Whole Roasted Lamb (tandoori naan, tzatziki)

 Wine: 2019 Folk Machine Valdiguié, Mendocino, California


Dessert: Bruleed Flan (mountain blueberry compote) 

Wine: Elisa, Crémant de Loire NV, France
